Refund and Returns Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a refund and return policy that lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please note that some items are non-returnable. These include gift cards, custom designs, special orders, and engraved items.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item. If it has been 8-14 days since your purchase, you will be issued a store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and credited back to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain amount of days.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, we can only replace it within our 14-day return policy window.

 

If you received your item as a gift or are purchasing a gift and need to make an exchange, you will receive a credit for the value of the return.
