Refunds:
You may return your item for a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed promptly to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Store Credit:
If 8-14 days have passed since your purchase, you will be eligible for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward future purchases and is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the item has not been altered, worn, or damaged in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable: Custom designs, special orders, engraved items, gift cards

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within the 14-day return window, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Gift Purchases:
If you received your item as a gift or are purchasing a gift and need to make an exchange, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
